KFB Takes Center Stage at the 51st Winter School on Environmental Acoustics and Vibroacoustics in Poland

Eenvironmental acoustics in Poland is being brought to a next level, as demonstrated by the ongoing 51st Winter School on Environmental Acoustics and Vibroacoustics. The event, happening today, brings together experts and enthusiasts to explore and discuss the evolving role of acoustics in our daily lives.
Led by Tomasz Malec, Head of KFB’s Environment Acoustics, the Polish contingent is making notable contributions to the event. Two insightful presentations on Environmental Acoustics are scheduled, focusing on essential topics:
– Health Indicators for Industry: A showcase of the results of our work for the environmental authority, highlighting the intersection of health and industry.
– Implementation of Environmental Protection Programs: Based on Strategic Noise Maps, this presentation aims to underscore the practical applications of environmental acoustics in shaping effective protection programs.
In addition to the presentations, Tomasz Malec led the Seminar for the Environmental Acoustics Section. During this session, he plans to:
