The web site is administered by KFB ACOUSTICS. The content published on this web site is for information purposes only. Without prior written notice, no materials published on this site may be used publicly or for commercial purposes. The entire content (descriptions, photographs) on the site are copyrighted and are either owned by KFB ACOUSTICS or are used subject to relevant licences.

    Collection and use of data
    In line with the practical arrangements of most web services, we store HTTP questions addressed to our server. As a result, we know public IP addresses from which users view the content of our service. The viewed content is identified with URL addresses. We are know:

    • the time of the enquiry,
    • the time a response was sent,
    • customer’s station name – identification with the HTTP protocol,
    • information on errors that occurred at HTTP transactions,
    • URL address of the site previously visited by the user – when the transfer to our site was made with a link,
    • Information on user’s browser.

    The above data is not associated with any specific persons visiting our site. In order to ensure top service quality, we analyse files with logs to determine if the site structure contains no errors, which sub-pages are visited most often, etc.
    The collected logs are saved for an unspecified time as material supporting to site administration. The information in the logs is disclosed solely to persons authorised to administer the site. They may be used to generate statistics to support the administration. Collective statistics do not contain any data to identify the visitors to the site.

    Cookie mechanism
    The site uses cookies – IT data, in particular text files, saved by servers on user’s end devices that can be read by servers at each connection from a specific end device.
    Cookies are used in particular for the following purposes:

    • to develop statistics to help understand how you use the web sites in order to improve their structure and content;
    • change the site appearance or version, to display a site suited to your individual needs (e.g. in terms of font size, layout, colours);

  • Personal data protection (GDPR)

    In accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you as follows:

    2. In any matters related to your data please contact the Data Protection Officer, e-mail: iod@kfb-acoustics.com.

    3. Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:

    • to perform the agreement,
    • to provide other services on the basis of the provided consent,
    • to perform statutory duties,
    • for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by KFB ACOUSTICS Ltd., in particular to perform the agreement, review complaints and to determine, pursue and defend claims – in compliance with Art. 6.1.a), b), c) and f) of GDPR.

    4. The Controller processes your personal data in compliance with applicable laws, it collects the data for purposes compliant with applicable laws, does not process such data for other purposes. The data is collected solely in an adequate, necessary and required scope, compliant with the processing purposes.

    5. Subject to a written agreement, the Controller may outsource processing of data to another entity on behalf of the Controller. The data may be disclosed solely to entities that are authorised to receive such data in compliance with applicable laws.

    6. The data Controller does not intend to disclose your personal data to any third country or any international organisation.

    7. Your personal data will be processed for the term of the agreement or until expiry of any mutual claims, resulting from the agreement with KFB ACOUSTICS Ltd..

    8. You are entitled to access your personal data and to have it corrected, deleted, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to revoke your consent, at any time irrespective compliance with the law to process (if such processing is performed on the basis of your consent) that was made on the basis of your consent before it was revoked.

    9. You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you determine that the processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

    10. The provision of your personal data is mandatory. You are obliged to provide your personal data. Failure to provide the data will result in a refusal to conclude the agreement.

    11. The Controller does not apply profiling – which is a form of automated personal data processing to use personal data to asses certain personal aspects of natural persons, in particular to analyse or project personal preferences, interests, etc.
