All of our work revolves around commitment to forge a new path toward a future with reduced noise and better acoustics. Through years, we have developed our own methodology aiming at delivering the best acoustical performance of the product.

Simulations based on theoretical models

This approach allows to quickly test a large number of acoustic variants, because all calculations are based on theoretical models. If the simulation accuracy required is not too high, this is the best solution. We create calculators based on mathematical models and conduct simulations using dedicated software for modeling acoustic phenomena.

Tests based on prototypes

If the requirements for prediction accuracy are very high, it is preferable to use the second approach - prototype testing (experiments). Direct measurement of the acoustic parameters of a product will always provide the most accurate data, but the number of variants that can be tested is very limited. We can perform measurements on scaled models and on full-scale.

Simulations based on validated acoustic models

This is a hybrid approach. The theoretical acoustic model is calibrated on the basis of measurements performed on real prototypes. On the other hand, the influence of modifications introduced to the product on its acoustic parameters is tested virtually. It is a solution that combines the advantages of two previous methods: a large number of variants and greater accuracy compared to purely theoretical models.
